Db2 ODBC connection settings in Manage connections and Gateways not getting saved.

Hello Team, I am trying to edit the Db2 ODBC connection in Manage connections and Gateways. But the changes are not getting saved in the settings menu on the right side on click of the save button as can be seen in the screenshot below. The reason i am trying to edit the ODBC connection setting is that the Reports working on this connection are not getting Refreshed in the Powerbi service. The Save button here is unresponsive. Please suggest any solution to enable the save to work.

Also the Error message i get while trying to Refresh any report on ODBC connection is below:

Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.

The fact is i am able to refresh the reports in PBI Desktop but not via PBI service due to above issues. Please help.

Even if i change the privacy level to Organisation, the Save option is unresponsive.

Hi @Anonymous

Ok I am not sure why that is happening.

And if you create a new data source you get the same issue?

Yes, if i add a new Data source i still face same issue with the new Data source. Here i tried to add a direct connection to the IBM DB2 instead of ODBC. But i still can't save the Data connection credentials.

Hi @Anonymous

What happens if you change the privacy level to organisational? Are you allowed to then save?
