Dears,
I have a date field W/E date in the filter which is shown in date format.
But once when I select specific date, selected value is shown above in date/time format.
I checked in the dataset definition and W/E date is defined as Data Type: Date and Format:dd/mm/yyyy.

According to my test, if the format of the date column in the model is set to "dd/mm/yyyy", it will also show up as "dd/mm/yyyy" in the filter pane in Power BI Desktop/Service.
