Hi! I am having a problem with the date format of the slicer in Power BI Service.
I want to have the following format "DD-MMM-YYYY" e.g. "21-Dec-2022". I select the date column and change the format as per the screenshot, however, it does not effect the slicer. When I upload to Power BI Service, I see the "DD/MM/YYYY" format.
I have read lots of article but have been unable to get my head around it. Below is the screenshot from Power BI Service which shows "DD/MM/YYYY" format. I do understand this is because my regional settings are English (UK), but I don't understand why month can't be shown as MMM and - instead of /

Hi @Anonymous ,
Currently, Power BI does not support displaying date slicers in the format "DD-MMM-YYYY".
You can come up with ideas on the site below for Power BI engineers to add similar functionality in future releases.
