Date format will be US format after publishing ...

If you are hosted in US, it will always use US date format on Power BI Service. To workaround this issue, you can try to set the default language on Browser. Please refer to a similar thread below:

Thanks, I 've checked and see the Calendar hierarchy are the only fields that format and data type are disabled for them .any special reason?
Honestly I'm not sure why. I never faced this issue. The only reason I can think of is you are connecting to analysis server and I know some features don't work when connected to models on analysis server. I have never personally connected to analysis server so I can't tell if the date formatting is disabled for such models.
