Date format settings question

Hi,   I have data with the date format in MM/DD/YYYY. I use the date field for a date range slider as well as the default date hierarchy for some visual drill-downs.   The report using this field...

    Actually it's a great idea. However, I'm afraid the date format is decided by data model in power bi desktop, not by the language or region of the browser. I would suggest you to submit your idea here to help improve power bi.
