Date format is wrong on mobile app

Why does it show me US format of dates in the mobile app? 

There are countries also outside of US.. I don't have any setting on my phone set to US locale or something like that and I don't see any way to change it in the app..

in the browser it's showing correctly..

In power bi service-> dataset language settings-> change the language with your local language.

my language is English, but not US date format.  There is only ENLGISH as a choice and it seems to be US date format when I set it.

There are other countries speaking English also, not the whole world is US..
