Date exporting as number Windows 10

Hi,

Any suggestions to resolve an issue for one user who is experiencing Dates being exported as a numbers when selecting data with current layout option.  The user is on Windows 11. However other users on Windows 11 seem ok.  We have checked Language settings in the browser and laptop and set to english uk. 

Have tried setting the date format to Short Date but neither option working

Unfortunately these workaronds arent working , this is just for one user.  All others some of which are on Windows 11 its working fine for.
