Id love to know how this couldnt be described as a bug and hasnt been made easier for people before now.
If the regional settings are set in the report then they should be those used where ever the report is being opened.
Have a browser default open in the report if you want to apply browser settings
I have regional settings on my desktop set to
I have the report settings in the PBIX set to
I have the field in the report set to
I have the BI Service to
I have Chrome settings set to
Yet the field in the visual still displays MM/DD/YYYY
It is incredibly frustrating and cannot find a way to resolve it
