Date Filter does not allow date entry in Service
- 4 years ago
Hi, reast
Fix has been deployed on all clusters.
Please recheck your date filter on the web service dashboards

Hi, reast
I cannot reproduce the problem, everything is normal on my side.
Have you checked the language of Power BI Service? Maybe the region settings of your desktop and service are different, which leads to conflicts in the date format.
You can also try to clear your browser cache, log into your account again and upload a new report.

Thank you for the response, but unfortunately, none of those suggestions helped. This was all working normally until a couple weeks ago.

For a few minutes this morning, the date filter appeared normal, but now it has reverted back to not allowing any date entry nor showing the header. So bizarre.

Hi, reast
This issue has been confirmed as a known issue internally(Internal ICM ID: 269024990).
Engineers are working on the fix, ETA will be updated once available.
As a workaround, you can get unblocked by navigating to any report and then to dashboard to see the visual. (But if you refresh again, you will experience the same issue)
