Datasource Take over doesn't work for changing refresh schedule.

Hello.

We have several reports on PowerBI services with configuring a gateway.

I used to be the owner of a workspace including 2 reports.

My colleague tooks over those reports.

One can work perfectly. He can configure the schedule for refreshing dataset.

The another doesn't work. He cannot configure the schedule for refreshing dataset. (grey-ed out).

Those 2 have same gateway settings and permissions to dataset,workspace and gatway are same.

Do you have any idea to fix this issue ? Any idea is welcome.
