Hello Community,
I have some PBI datasets hosted in SharePoint and am actively using the check out/in feature.
I am trying to find or create an overview of all checked out files in my organization, is this built in or possible?
Example:
I have a Teams site (SP site) with a folder structure and a range of .pbix files I would like to easily get an overview of all files currently being worked on or to check if anyone has forgotten to check any models back in
There's no simple way that I am aware of. you can use the Graph API to query the checked in/checked out status but you have to do that individually for each file.
This isn't really a Power BI question though? More something you would do in Power Automate.
