Datasets are not visible when i try to create live connection from power BI Desktop.

Hi @Biggy_123 ,

1. Please confirm the Power BI Dataset exist on Power BI Service
2. Only users with Build permission for a dataset can connect to a published dataset using the Power BI service live connection
3. Free users only see datasets in their My Workspace and in Premium-based workspaces

Hi Biggy, can you help us describing more about your user, tenant, etc? There are many reasons why you don't have anything there, for example: you don't have a pro license or you are not part of any workspace or you don't have build permissions at a workspace. There are also options that can be disabled from Admin portal perspective like sharing datasets across tenants or certification/promotion of datasets that can impact here too.
