Datasets Failed to refresh

Hi,   A PowerBI dataset I have failed to refresh.  I wonder why.    The data gateways itself is running good.  I created another report getting data from the same data source and it runs OK.    ...

    After a few support ticket calls, the solution is found!  

     

    In Power BI Web, Set the Privacy Level setting for all my data sources to "Public" and then the Scheduled Refresh worked! 

     

     So, on this screen, scroll to the bottom,

    expand Advanced Settings, and Set the Privacy Level setting for all my data sources to "Public" and then the Scheduled Refresh worked! 

     

    Hope this helps everyone who has this problem!

Not a ton to go on except that it appears it is having trouble with this table or view ER_CURRENT_INCIDENT_REPORT_V combining it with some other data. Perhaps there is a Merge or Append that is causing it trouble. Not a ton to go on, I would recommend a support ticket.
