Datasets Failed to refresh
After a few support ticket calls, the solution is found!
In Power BI Web, Set the Privacy Level setting for all my data sources to "Public" and then the Scheduled Refresh worked!
So, on this screen, scroll to the bottom,
expand Advanced Settings, and Set the Privacy Level setting for all my data sources to "Public" and then the Scheduled Refresh worked!
Hope this helps everyone who has this problem!

From Setting (the gear icon) in top right of Power BI Web. From the menu, select "Manage Gateway". Then, Expand "Gateway Cluster" and then click on one of the Data source. Then, you will see the above screen.
