Dataset suddenly not refreshing anymore

Hello, we've got big issues with the Power BI Service today. Yesterday, everything worked fine. I didn't do any changes to the source at all. Just did some minor changes to some visuals.

In the morning, reports were loading really slow or not at all (infinite loading).

Some minutes later, it worked.

(However, it did work all the time in the Desktop application)

Now, Datasets are not refreshing at all anymore in the Web service. I get the following error message:

Also, the Dataset Gateway is not displayed in the settings.

Again, locally everything works fine. We are using the DirectQuery Mode and data is displayed locally without any issues.
