Dataset settings greyed out for Workspace Admin

In PBI service, I created a report and uploaded it. I'm an Admin of that workspace.

I can set and change parameters of the dataset without a problem.

Someone else who I gave Admin rights to the workspace, cannot change report settings such as scheduled refresh or parameters because they are greyed out.

However because they are an Admin they do have the option to Take Over the dataset.

Where do I need to set a permission to allow my colleague who is a workspace admin, the right to change these settings?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    After your colleague click on the take over button, the settings are then allowed to be changed. If you're still not sure how to do it, I can share the screenshots you need.

      Can you please confirm that it is not possible for anyone except the owner of the dataset to change any of those settings, unless a workspace administrator who is not the owner takes over control of the dataset themselves?
