Dataset's settings page does not appear

I received the following error when trying to refresh. 

Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate the scheduled refresh.

When I try to access the dataset's settings page, it does not appear.  I am an external party and upload to the tenant.  I can perform other activities for the dataset but not settings.  I am using Edge for my browser.

You don't have suffisant permission on the dataset. Ask the owner of the datset.

I created and uploaded the dataset.  Wouldn't I be the owner?

Sure but because your are an external party to the organization(The Tenant) where you uploaded the dataset then you need to check with Power Bi Admin if you have the permissions on datasets settings.
