Dataset refresh via power automate

Hello Team, 

I created a dataset refresh using power automate to refresh my SharePoint files. I pbix is published to my workspace and I have shared to users using "Publish to web" links and using this links the power automate button doesnt work. How can i fix this ? Please need your help, I share my dashboard to clients using the "publish to web" links.

thanks for the info. At the moment my only option is to Publish to Web scenarios, and i guess power automate do not support this.

Do they have access to your power automate flow?

Hi @athul00000 ,

Based on the description, the button visual doesn’t work in Publish to Web scenarios, because unauthenticated scenarios aren’t supported by Power Automate.

Then, try to publish dashboards as an app in Power BI.

Just to add, the refresh button works when I am on the PBI services not doesnt work when the dashboard is shared to users via "Publish to web" links.

Provide access to your power automate to your users and check whether they were able to refresh it or not.
