Based on the description, the button visual doesn’t work in Publish to Web scenarios, because unauthenticated scenarios aren’t supported by Power Automate.
Then, try to publish dashboards as an app in Power BI.

thanks for the info. At the moment my only option is to Publish to Web scenarios, and i guess power automate do not support this.
