Hi all,
The dataset i connected to a few excel sheets, one folder and an SQL Server Database (All Gateway conections are labeled as "Active").
I am getting this error while refreshing the dataset on PowerBI Service with no further details:
Unable to connect to the data source undefined.

Hi @inforazborki ,
Please upgrade to the latest version of the gateway.
Basically steps for troubleshooting:
1. Make sure the gateway is online and is the latest version. (You can check your local gateway log or use fiddler to trace the operation logs)
2. Download the pbix file and refresh it in Power BI Desktop to rule out errors in the data source.
3. Change the Privacy Level/ Re-input the credentials.
4. Reboot.
5. If you still cannot solve the issue, sorry for that, we do not found an effective solution. We suggest you go to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/ ,scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET" for further help if you are a pro user.

Hi @inforazborki ,
When you get this message it is almost always on the back-end in the Microsoft side. If you keep getting this, I would suggest copying that information from the message and opening a ticket and let Microsoft help you by searching their logs to determine what might be happening.
