Dataset refresh timed out but not stopping

Hi

I have this dataset on Power BI service that is stuck in refreshing. The status says timed out, but no error message or end time. It has been in this state for hours. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Hi  @aaronqin ,

It may be the following reasons:

The computer network where the gateway is installed has a delay problem.

You can check whether the gateway starts normally or restart the gateway in the gateway interface.

Now refresh whether there is detailed error information, if so, can provide error screenshots or error text information.

Ask your tenant admin to restart the capacity or move your  workspace to a different capacity (and back)
