Dataset refresh issue in PowerBI Services

Dataset refresh is done sucessfully in PowerBI desktop, but in services dataset is not getting data(improper data) properly after refresh if dataset is takeover by others, If I takenover the dataset and refresh working fine and I am the admin for that workspace.

Can someone guide me regarding this issue?

If someone takes over the dataset, they need to submit their credentials for each data source (basically replacing yours) and then refresh, otherwise it won't work.

Also, there are things to consider, for example if you are using gateways, the users should have access to them too.
