Dataset refresh failure emails on Power BI Service

Hi,

Iam receiving dataset failure mails but the dataset on the power bi service is not failing. Iam not getting why we are receiving the failure mails.

Can anyone suggest what can be done. Please find the error message below:

 

Message:

 

The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

The scheduled refresh is cancelled because a new refresh is detected on the same database.

 

Please suugest on this.

    Hi Avinash_18 I would log a support ticket with Microsoft if there aren't any failures and you do receive failure emails.

    Hi Avinash_18 ,

     

    Can you check the status of the refresh history of the corresponding dataset on Power BI Service?
