Dataset refresh error on only 1 dataset

My company has 15 different datasets, all based on an oracle database, that are scheduled to refresh at different times throughout the day. 

 

One dataset just started failing with the following error:

Underlying error message: Oracle: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

I have seen database errors and have cleaned them up with no issues, but this one has me stumped since no other dataset is failing.  We have tried rebooting the gateway, but still get the same error. 

 

I can republish the dataset with no problems, it's just when I'm trying to refresh it either manually or scheduled through app.powerbi.com that I receive the error.

 

Can anyone help me out???

    Hi khenning 

     

    From the error it would appear that it is being cancelled by the Oracle server. I would suggest contacting your DBA and asking them to troubleshoot the issue with you.

     

    The rest of your datasets are freshing fine, which indicates that the gateway is working well.
