Dataset not refreshing on schedule - Skipped last schedule for today

Monday evening I go into my dataset settings and I see the schedule had been disabled sometime over the weekend.

So I re-enable it.

Today I go in and see that it never ran the last scheduled refresh for the day.

Losing patience with the service in PowerBI Service lately. Am I doing something wrong?

No, but look at the settings. It is refreshing and reporting it as Central Std (UTC-6) but you have your refresh times in Eastern (UTC-5) timezone, so the times look off, but it should be ok.
