Sometimes i have scheduled refresh error. If I do manual refresh it works fine. It seems to be a PowerBI service issue. Any way to overcome this problem? is there any way to tell if there was an error running the refresher again?

based on error message it seems the connection between your data source to PowerBI web/gateway has been intrupted during the schedule refresh
This happens due to inconsistent network connection, if this is happening regularly you need to get in touch with your network team to check the connectivity
