Dataset doesnt refresh after reconnecting the gateaway

Question

Hello,I cannot publish an updated report because my dataset doesn't get refreshed. I have checked my gateaway and reconnected. Now I have an online status of the connection (Sharepoint where the data is stored), but nothing changes.What can be done?

I am not sure that I am following your thread.&nbsp; The gateway is the way that the service can connect to data within your firewall.&nbsp; But, you state that you are unable to publish.&nbsp; Publishing is almost always from the desktop to the Service.&nbsp; So, are you receiving this error in the desktop?&nbsp; If so, then the gateway part is not relevant at the moment.&nbsp; &nbsp;If this is in the Service, doe you have a Data Source using the gateway that is setup?&nbsp;

In either case, are you signed into Desktop and/or Service with the correct account?

What does the message state when you "see details"?
