Dataset can't refresh

Hello Community, I have a dataset in the service that can't refresh since 3 weeks, the gateway is ok I did all necessary tests. It shows me this error: Do you have any idea how to fix this...

Download the PBIX file and you can select File-Download this file in the reporting interface.

Settings-Datasets-Refresh history

Here you can check the reasons for the refresh failure first.
