Dataset Suddenly Failing when Connecting to Power Platform Dataflow

After months running fine, we now started getting this error in one dataset:

PowerPlatformDataflows. Message = A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. 

 

Full error message:
