Hi,
I have multiple Datasets' refreshes that are taking way too long (3 to 4 hours).
Refresh average is 12min for each of my datasets, so this is a first in my case.
Is there a way to stop or cancel a refresh?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @ZeinebDerbel ,
The reason for refreshing taking too much time:
Too many datasets to refresh at the same time occupy CPU and memory, Insufficient gateway or underlying data source performance (busy on network / refresh), To refresh the model to be loaded into memory, it takes up 2 times the size of the data set, and you need to wait for memory resources.
You need to scheduled the refresh of dataset at different time.

Hi,
That could be part of it. But What I dont get it when I have a SP list with only 1 row of data and it can take up to 15 minutes to refresh sometimes.
Sometimes I cancell it after a frew minutes and restart it and then it refreshes in a couple of seconds.
I dont have other refreshes going on wither. And if I do its not much data.
You can disable the scheduled refresh under settings pane.
