    Hi frandsb, if you are still hitting this issue, would you mind submitting a ticket at https://support.powerbi.com/? That way we can dig deeper into what is causing this problem.

Is there a solution for this issue?  Just updated power bi personal gateway and this error is now happening.

Hi DF10569 if you are hitting this error still, you will need to submit a ticket at ​https://support.powerbi.com/. We will need to debug further to find out what the problem is. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Is there a solution to this without having to enter a support ticket?

      I had that same problem yesterday. I redownloaded the gateway and the desktop version, refreshed the data, resaved the data, and it went away.  Hope this helps you as well.

        I can confirm that the above method worked for me as well. When in doubt, re-install.
