Dataset Refresh Failure in Power BI Service
User is getting an error when trying to refresh the dataset in Power BI Service. Data source is Sql and OData. Sometimes it refreshes successfully but most times it fails and gives us below error.

Please check the connection of the Odata and API (if you used it).
There are data connection issues, try to refresh the report when the server is not busy.
