Dataset Refresh Failure in Power BI Service
User is getting an error when trying to refresh the dataset in Power BI Service. Data source using to connect is Sql server, Excel File and CSV File. Can you please help on this. Below is the error screenshot for your reference.

Ask the owner of the SQL server to restart the SQL Server service. They will be kicking and screaming but that is the ONLY way to clear the issue.

If I understand correctly, the issue is that you got an error when trying to refresh the dataset in Power BI Service. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.Go to the dataset settings in Power BI Service and update the connection details.
2.Check that gateway is configured correctly.
3.Ensure that the certificate used for the SQL Server is valid and has not expired.
