Have this dataset on auto refresh schedule. The auto refresh did not work today and manual attempts have not either. The message is as shown above.

Things I have tried thus far:

1 - installed latest version of on premise gateway and updated the credentials for the dataset - refresh still fails

2 - to eliminate possibility of errors in my dataset I used a backup version of my dataset that had previously refreshed successfully - refresh still fails

My desktop version refreshes without issue and I had to resort to republishing it to the service in order for the service to have up to date data. That scenario is not a long term option given the time it takes to refresh and publish.

Is something wrong with the service?

Hello @merryseeker,

I'm facing a similar issue with one dashbord only. The other dashboards are working fine.

When I refresh from the desktop version, it's working fine. But I see the exact same error on the scheduled refresh.

I hope there is a solution for it.

Thanks
