Datamart Often Showing Wrong Numbers
Hi Sivasekar_G ,
The issue you're experiencing with the leads table in your datamart showing incorrect values until a manual refresh is likely due to data synchronization or refresh timing problems between your CRM system and Power BI. When using Datamart, Power BI relies on scheduled or incremental refreshes to update the underlying data. If the leads table is changing frequently or the refresh is incomplete or delayed, you may temporarily see outdated or partial data. A manual refresh forces a complete pull of data, which is why it resolves the issue.
To fix this long-term, check your refresh schedule, ensure credentials and connections are stable, and consider enabling incremental refresh (if not already) for better performance. Also, review any query dependencies or transformation logic specific to the leads table that might be affecting consistency. Monitoring refresh logs and setting up alerts in Power BI Service can help identify if/when refreshes fail or skip rows.
Hi Sivasekar_G ,
In case you were not aware, Datamarts are discontinued and removed from workspaces on October 1, 2025.

Yes I am aware of this and migrated my database already but I want to check here whether this datamart drop off might one of the reason behind this disconnect? that's why.
