Dataflows with Cognitive Services best practices?

I have a question about the combination of Dataflows with Cognitive Services. I see that you can use this - in addition to image tagging and sentiment analysis - to perform binary predictions and regressions. Now, I am curious about the role of Dataflows in performing predictive analytics within Finance, for example. Is Dataflows + Cognitive Services recommended, or are there other best practices?
