Dataflows (preview) not available
I'm the admin, and we have the pro account. Dataflows are not available for me. I read it's for pro user too. I want to use the ML algorithm.
Make sure you're not in My Workspace...dataflows aren't permitted in My Workspace.

Path:- Power BI Service >> Workspaces >> Sample (Example) >> Get Data >> Dataflows >> Get Started.
