Hello,
There was an issue where a dataflow had hung trying to refresh so after 48 hours, I followed a recommendation from a Microsoft article to change the workspace from Premium per capacity to Pro, then back again.
After doing so, no dataflow will open, refresh or pull into reports.

There was a problem opening your dataflow.

Only the detail I posted sadly. However, overnight, it resolved itself, and so far, looks to be working as normal again.. Fingers crossed.
