Hello -
I've been running Power BI Dataflows and Datasets for 5 years on the (UTC - 8: Pacific Time) schedule setting. This morning, with the DST time change, every single Dataflow ran 1 hour later than it's schedule. This has not occurred in years past. Scheduled Datasets ran at the correct time, not late.
Example of Dataflow running 1 hour late, I could paste this example for dozens of other Dataflows:
And a Dataset running at the correct time:

One more reason to keep everything on UTC, always.

I hear you, but I think it's okay to use the available feature as it's worked for many years without issue.
