According to my knowledge, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in power bi for now.
You could change way between incremental and full refresh.

v-lili6-msftthanks, I am aware of the possibility to change it manually but I would like the option to schedule a full refresh beside the incremental refresh. I will post this as an idea.
