Dataflows - connecting to OnPremise Oracle

Hi,

I'm trying to connect to our onpremises Oracle database.  We have a gateway installed but I keep on getting "authentication error" when using "Basic" for the username/password.  I'm not sure what connection string information I need to enter in the server box.  IP, IP/PORT, SID etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Andy

Hi @AndyC,

Do you have problems when you add Oracle data source in on-premise gateway?

By my tests, I could add the oracle datasource in the gateway successfully with basic authentication method.

If it is convenient, could you share some screenshots about the error message?
