Dataflows: blank table when importing to desktop (The unsolvable puzzle. not refreshing issue)

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with dataflows. I browsed a lot of solutions regarding refresh and data types, but apparently I am facing some new tricky problem.

From a gateway connected to an oracle database, I used queries to import some tables to the dataflows..  so far, so good.

When connecting the PBI Desktop to the flows, i can visualize and import the tables..  no problem here

BUT... when I try to import the tables when I am at my physical workplace, at the company, using the company's network, the table appears blank. 

From home or 4g network, the dataflow works fine. My end users, are of course from the company, and are supposed to work connected to the company's network.

- Smaller tables work fine

- I am able to import large datasets from home, and not from work.

- Not a refresh or data type problem

- Don't know what to do.

Any idea?

Based on these symptoms it feels like it could be a firewall issue on your corporate network, maybe because of a rule that only triggers when trying to preview larger tables? I'm just guessing here, this behavior is weird.
