Dataflows as ETL

Hi is there any possibility to use PowerbiService/Platform as whole ETL solution? I have an API, everyday I would like to take data from there and store it in some historical table? Can I do it somehow? 

I saw that Dataflows have some Azure Data Lake integration? Or maybe should I use datamart?

I recommend using Incremental Refresh for Dataflows: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/dataflows/incremental-refresh
