Dataflows and ADLS G2 Storage accounts. Permissions issues?

We set up a ADLS G2 account to our Power BI for storing PowerBI Dataflows.  Setting up the flow and refreshing the flow work fine.  The problem is referencing the flow in Power BI desktop.  We can see the flow, but get the following error when we click on it.  Expression.Error: Access to resource is forbidden.   We are admins both in the lake and power bi.  We used this article to configure the data lake.  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/dataflows/dataflows-azure-data-lake-storage-integration
