Dataflow to CDS (Dataverse)

Hi guys,

Just want to ask for confirmation, to connect or create Dataflow to Dataverse, are we still using the connection named "Common Data Service (legacy)" ? since it has been renamed to Dataverse long time ago.

Thanks

Hi, @admin_xlsior

Yes.

To connect to Dataverse from Power BI Desktop, please select Power Platform > Dataverse

To connect to Dataverse from Power Query Online ,you still need to select Common Data Service (Legacy)  in the Data sources page.

Please refer to this related document for more details.
