If a dataflow D1 is created in Workspace W1 and I want to create a report R1 using D1 and publish it in workspace W2.
What is the level of access needed for reusability of Dataflow across Workspaces.
What is the access required for to publish the same R1 report in an APP,can only the default access wrt to security group to the APP can help the end users to view the R1 report having content from D1 dataflow.

Hi @sushbhr02 ,
You can use Desktop to connect to dataflows in all the workspaces you can access, but you can only publish reports to those workspaces where you have at least the role of contributor.
After publishing to Service, you can directly share the report to other users, and they can open the report and do not need to have access to dataflow D1.
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Winniz
