Dataflow refused to connect - unable to create new dataflow and edit existing dataflow

Noticing strange issue for the past 2 days, it was working fine earlier. I am unable to create any new dataflow or edit existing dataflow, showing below error and nothing appears in the content area. Has anyone seen this behaviour

Having the same issue - unable to create DataFlows since yesterday.

I go New > DataFlow > Add New Tables, then this error.  I'm in the UK, my colleague in the US and is working fine
