Ok, I think you should reach out to the Microsoft Power BI support team, they will be able to give you the RCA by tracing the request and Activity IDs

In dataflow refreshes i experienced that if any cell value has an error in a table dataflow give error without any detailed information. so what i do is add replace error step at the end of steps for all my tables (with load enabled)
