Dataflow refresh intermittently fails with "Internal Error"

Since yesterday, we are getting regular failed data refreshes in Power BI Dataflows, in different customer tenants. The error is "Error: Internal error" with no further explanatory information. The same dataflow refreshed correctly last night, but today the "Internal Error" happens again.

This happens in multiple customer tenants, even with the simplest dataflows without external data sources. The complexity of the dataflows are therefore not the cause. All tenants are in the West Europe region (Netherlands).

Do other people notice this too?
