Dataflow refresh error wit Request ID and Activity ID

Hello,   I user Power BI to run a report. I have a dataflow created to get GA4 data which is one part of the report source. I have been running this report without any issues for the past 12 months...

I faced the same problem with the error,
Request ID: 0dd7d207-4fd0-468c-bde2-c68d0e92a3e1
Activity ID: 93b02e9f-a5c3-47d0-9a6f-ceae8ffa163d

The error came from an Excel file used as one of my Dataflow sources. One of the tables in the Excel workbook had a formula dragged down into empty rows meaning there were rows with no actual data, but formulas returning N/A.

I simply removed the formulas from the empty rows (leaving only the actual data rows in the table). After saving the Excel file and refreshing the Dataflow again, it worked perfectly.
